Breathwork is a powerful therapeutic practice that supports deep healing by working directly with the body, the mind, and the nervous system. During a 1:1 session, conscious breathing techniques are used to help release emotional tension, traume, and stress that my be stored within the body. Many experiences and emotions that are not fully processed can become trapped in the nervous system and physical body, often contributing to anxiety, fatigue, emotional overwhelm, or a sense of disconnection.

 

Through guided breathwork, the body is gently encouraged to release these emotions in a safe and support environment.
As the breath deepens and the body relaxes, many people experience a sense of emotional release, clarity, and a renewed connection with themselves.

My approach to breathwork is inspired by the teachings and research  of Joe Dispenza, Gabor Maté, Bruce Lipton and Peter Levine, whose works explores the connection between emotions, the body and healing. Integrating elements of neuroscience, trauma awareness, and mind-body practices, each session is designed to create a safe space where the body can naturally move towards balance and healing.

 

Every session is personalised to your needs, allowing you to explore your breath at your won pace while being gently guided through the process. Many clients leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connect to themselves.

 

Breathwork is not only a tool for emotional release but also a powerful practice for personal growth, self-awareness, and transformation.

What happens during a private breathwork session?

Each session begins with a focused consultation to clarify your intention and current emotional landscape.

 

From there, you are guided through a tailored 90-minute breathwork session journey designed to access and release stored emotional charge safely.

 

Throughout the session, I provide direct somatic guidance to support regulation, depth and integration.

 

We close with grounding and strategic integration to ensure the shift is stabilised.

 

This is structured, intentional work – not and uncontained emotional experience.

Is breathwork safe?

When facilitated with precision and nervous system awareness, breathwork is a powerful and safe modality.

 

Before we begin, we assess suitability and discuss any medical considerations.

 

This container prioritises regulation, not overwhelm.

 

Safety and integrity are non-negotiable.

I've done therapy and mindset work. How's is this different?

Therapy works through cognition and narrative.

 

Breathwork works through the body.

 

Many patterns persist because they are stored in the nervous system, not just in the conscious thought.

 

This work accesses and recalibrates those deeper layers.

 

It complements therapy – it does not replace it.

INNER CHILD HEALING SESSION

Within each of us lives a younger version – the part that once needed more love, more safety, more understanding.

 

Your inner child holds your earliest experiences… your joy, your innocence, but also your wounds, fears, and unmet needs.

 

This session is a gentle, guided journey inward – a space where you can reconnect with that part of yourself with compassion and care.

 

Through a combination of breathwork, somatic awareness, and guided reflection, you will begin to:
  • Release stored emotional pai
  • Understand patterns rooted in past
  • Rebuild a sense of safety within your body
  • Offer yourself the love and support you may not have received

 

This is not about reliving the past – it’s about meeting yourself in a new way.
A way that is softer.
Safer.
More empowering.
You will be held in a non-judgmental space where everything that arises is welcome.

Q&A

What is an inner child session?

An inner child session is a guided experience that helps you reconnect with the younger parts of yourself – the parts that may still hold emotional wounds, unmet needs, or past experiences.

Through gentle guidance, breathwork, and awareness, I create space for healing, understanding, and integration.

What happens during a session?

Emotional release is not only norma – it is often necessary.

Each session is unique, but you will be guided into a safe, relaxed state using breath and awareness. From there, we gently explore what is ready to come up – emotions, memories, or sensations – always at your pace. You are fully supported throughout.

Do I need to talk about my past?

Only if you feel comfortable. This work is not about forcing you to share – it’s about allowing what naturally wants to be seen and felt. Your boundaries are always respected.

What if nothing comes up?

That’s also okay. Every session meets you exactly where you are. Sometimes the body simply needs rest, safety, or gentle connection before deeper layers unfold.

Is this therapy?

This is holistic, supportive practice focused on emotional awareness and body based healing. It is not a replacement for clinical therapy, but it can beautifully complement it.
