Blending breathwork, somatic guidance, and immersive inner exploration, this experience allows the body to gently unwind what the mind alone cannot reach. Layers begin to soften. Guarded parts feel sage enough to be seen. And something deeper… begins to open.
An inner child session is a guided experience that helps you reconnect with the younger parts of yourself – the parts that may still hold emotional wounds, unmet needs, or past experiences. Through gentle guidance, breathwork, and awareness, I create space for healing, understanding, and integration.
Each session is unique, but you will be guided into a safe, relaxed state using breath and awareness. From there, we gently explore what is ready to come up – emotions, memories, or sensations – always at your pace. You are fully supported throughout.
Only if you feel comfortable. This work is not about forcing you to share – it’s about allowing what naturally wants to be seen and felt. Your boundaries are always respected.
That’s also okay. Every session meets you exactly where you are. Sometimes the body simply needs rest, safety, or gentle connection before deeper layers unfold.
This is holistic, supportive practice focused on emotional awareness and body based healing. It is not a replacement for clinical therapy, but it can beautifully complement it.
