This powerful practice is designed to move the energy that rests dormant at the base of spine and direct it to the pineal gland / third eye. We often hold on to unwanted emotions and store them in body, which blocks our energy. This breath removes, releases, and transforms those self-limiting emotions – and in so doing, frees the body from the past.
When this breath is done properly we can create high levels of coherent gamma brain waves. These gamma frequencies can help us reach heightened awareness, super-consciousness, and states of bliss.
Breath is a powerful tool we can harness to regulate the nervous system, release stress and tension in the body.
It is a very energetic breath.

ABOUT THE SESSION:
We will start with a welcome and short coherence breath to bring us to the present moment, followed by an explanation how to perform the breath and then our journey will begin.
